We are 100% human assistants. Once you get paired to your dedicated assistant, you form a relationship with your assistant and they become a part of your team!
Yes! While working with ChatterBoss means you have access to our entire team of assistants, you will be paired with a dedicated assistant who will be your main point of contact, as well as a backup assistant in case your dedicated assistant is ever unavailable.
We place a big emphasis on nurturing our virtual assistant team, and experience extremely low turnover as a result. 90% of our current team has been with us for over 1.5 years. Once you start working with your dedicated assistant, it's our goal to keep you with that assistant for the lifetime of our partnership with you. In the rare case that we have to switch your dedicated assistant, we take the same level of care in pairing you to an assistant with the right work style personality. We also take care of re-training your new dedicated assistant with no cost to you.
Your back-up assistant is available in the app alongside your dedicated assistant at all times. Your assistant is often involved with your tasks in the background. If your dedicated assistant is away, on vacation, sick, or unavailable for any reason the back-up assistant is there for you without skipping a beat.
ChatterBoss assistants are available from 9AM (EST) to 5PM (EST) during the weekdays, and can coordinate weekend availability as needed. If you need wider availability, let us know so we can explore tailoring a plan specifically to meet your needs!

Further discounted packages are available via subscriptions. Should you decide to use the subscription model, you will be billed on Monday of each week for the number of requested hours.
As part of our onboarding process, we discuss your goals and your budget. Based on your needs, we come up with a customized plan to ensure we stay within your budget and so that you may know what to expect.
There is no minimum commitment in the pay-as-you-go service; pre-purchase time and work with your dedicated assistant as much or as little as you need. If you choose to do one of our discounted subscription packages, there is a commitment. Please see the payments section of app.chatterboss.com for more details.
We partner with a third-party payment processor (e.g. Stripe, Inc.) to manage credit card transactions and do not have access to your credit card information or store that information unless you choose to fill out a separate credit card authorization form giving us that access for making payments on your behalf.
Absolutely. We consider all information related to your account as private as you do; and take extensive measures to ensure you're always protected. Our team of assistants have all signed confidentiality contracts, and are trained in data security. We can provide a signed NDA on behalf of ChatterBoss upon request.
